As your therapist, I practice being an intentional, present listener. My office is a space where you can process emotions, work them through your body, and learn self-regulation. I believe that many of our struggles in life come from not knowing how to regulate our emotions—and therefore, our words and actions—in times of stress.
I am based in South Charlotte, North Carolina. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for potential clients. Feel free to reach out!
We can meet in person or virtually on weekdays, between 9 and 3. I accept self-pay clients only, though a sliding scale is available based upon finances.
